We collect your business name, email, telephone number, town, requested service, backlog and transaction estimates, plus the page and any campaign attribution attached to your submission. We use these to respond to your request and assess possible scope before a contract. We also count page views, quote-button, telephone and email clicks, quote-form starts and completed enquiries so we can understand whether the website works. Our own event counts do not use cookies or store your IP address in our website database. Campaign tags carry across internal links. If you allow optional advertising measurement, we load the Google Ads tag, which may use advertising cookies and click identifiers (GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID) to match a successfully saved enquiry to an advert. We send a random enquiry reference for duplicate prevention, not your business name, email, phone number or accounting details. Advertising personalisation remains off. You can continue without optional measurement or change your choice using Privacy choices in the footer. Your choice is remembered for this browser tab session. Google conversion reporting is incomplete when consent is refused or tracking is blocked. Spam prevention protects the form. We do not use your enquiry to subscribe you to marketing.
The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam checks and Supabase storage in Ireland. Authorised access is restricted. No accounting records, credentials or financial documents should be submitted here. Any future delivery access, including overseas support, will be agreed separately before sharing client records.
We retain enquiry information while responding and assessing scope. Website event counts are retained for performance comparison and contain the page, event type, referring hostname and campaign tags, but not form contents. Ask us to delete an enquiry you no longer want pursued; information required for legal obligations may need to be retained. You may object to processing and raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. This page does not take payments or create a client engagement.
